Greg Bailey (did not check the spelling of the last name..please excuse if incorrect) had it correct (his analogy that was quickly deleted from this board). One quick glance of TPL's litigation history with other busness players should be evidence enough. Now we have PTSC, Moore, Bailey speaking of mis-doings on the part of TPL and DL. Allegations of fraud and breach of contract abound. Either this is just "piling on" or a case of smoke & fire. I choose the later. I hope that some of DL's bad Karma comes back to him three fold and that his money condition is in fact compromised. We need a position of strength.
