just as TPL aka Leckrone showed no fiduciary responsibiitly to their partner PTSC, CJ has shown no fiduciary responsibility to shareholders (his partner).

Perhaps he could attone for his sins but he has so many other responsibilities, I doubt if he has the time needed to devout to PTSC. For that reason, he should step down if not for so many past failures.
