Marc, in the case of buying a used car from someone that did not have the right to sell such ......The buyer would be made whole and the seller would be punished.....Simple as that....If the seller lost all of the monies , WHEW.....

Not a lawyer but how can you own something that was stolen.....I would think that until cleared up in court that the legality of the license should be in doubt.............Comments please......
