Also, keep in mind that for years Mr. Moore was listed on the TPL website as CTO. Which may imply that he was an employee of DM. Some of the people currently at Green Arrays were also listed on the TPL website. I personally don't know the capacity of which they served, but I would imagine that DM will claim that they were working for him. If so, in a legal sense who owns what they created? Seems to be a lot to be sorted out.
