Not a bad thought, but language should probably read - where he is likely to lose everything.
Problem with any PTSC resolution is Lecky needs not one, not two, but three or four resolution all worked out and ready to go so all can be executed simultaneously. To concede on one before any resolution on the others puts him between a rock and a hard place. If he settled with PTSC and got anything, wouldn't Moore and the other IP litgants be looking for a piece of the action? If he conceded anything in a PTSC resolution, would that not hinder his hopes for minimal damage on the other fronts?
Actually, I hope I'm wrong on this, and welcome to hear what others have to say.
