Think about it. CM, as I recall and understand it, said he was tricked or mislead when he signed. PTSC is suing of the one million, but also as I understand it because it didn't get the right amounts of money they were supposed to get. Let the judge/jury decide.

Wouldn't you be happier if all the licenses were null and void? And all those companies had to renegotiate in public with transparency? I would. I bet we would get more money than what we got so far. Maybe the judge can appoint a person or entity to oversee the patent licensing. Even if only from this point forward that would be a more ( Moore ) profitable thing to PTSC shareholders and Moore, IMO.
