You did it according to the letter of the law and the company tried to circumvent your efforts. The truth always wins and I will support your nomination. Thanks for the tireless effort on your part and also thank your daughter for believing in what you can do to help all shareholders. Honestly ....no offense to Dr. Falk but your background and expertise seem to be a better fit for understanding (at least) Crossflo than the experience of a medical doctor.

Let's now see if the BoD suddenly changes the by-laws (as I believe miles may have suggested) to require prior BoD experience in order to be considered. Perhaps it is now too late for that type of sneaky maneuver...I hope so.
