I too remember Moore's blog mentioning Dan Leckrone (DL)as his friend. However, I don't recall any dates mentioned. All I know is what I read in the complaint. It seems that Moore became involved with DL around the time he needed help with the iTV problems. That states it was in 2002.

Regardless of when they met, is it unreasonable to assume that an attorney-client relationship could be deemed a friendship by both parties. If DL took advantage of that relationship (friend and/or client) and harmed Moore, then he should get exactly what he deserves.

If you had invented the MMP patent portfolio and your friend/attorney believed that you could become rich from commercializing it and you TRUSTED this friend/attorney....wouldn't you have deferred to his wisdom in such matters? I would have. Which is why, we as shareholders, cannot keep our blinders on when it comes to our own BoD and blindly say poor BoD they were taken by DL. We have a darn attorney and forensic accountant on our BoD....no more excuses. Whose best interest were they really looking out for?
