You say that TPL was Moore's buddy of 15 years. First why do you think they were buddies and how do you know that they knew each other for 15 years? According to the complaint filed by Moore:

Prior to Oct. 2002 Lekrone formed a continuing attorney-client relationship with Moore. This does not state "prior to the year 2002" but rather "prior to Oct. 2002" which to me indicates that their relationship started sometime in 2002 but before Oct. Does this sound correct?
