I would not vote to fill all BOD seats w/ inexperienced folks either. I simply want 1 unaligned, independent voter on the board. As I said in the recent past, simply having the potential of a single dissenting vote on an otherwise unanimous decision will raise the stakes for the "yea" voters upon any review of their fiduciary responsibility to the shareholders. I'm not looking for knowledge, I'm looking for my canary in the mine shaft who will simply vote his good conscious and vote "Gentlemen, for the record this is BS" My T's & O's
