Reason for surge in volume and SP

We have seen in the past , that a single new license signing, does not result in a surge in SP and volume (10x) like we saw yesterday. IMO, the significant surge in volume and SP is a result of something hopefully announced Monday or Tuesday. Something more than a new license signing. We will see. GLTA
