Moxa-In my mind, this person says whatever they want to, in order to get as many people as they can to buy or sell. It just depends on what this person`s agenda is at any particular time. If they want to sell, they pump and call themselves a ``long`` (see below). If they want to buy, they turn folks against the investment and call themselves ``no position`` (see below).

I would not pay one bit of attention to anything this person has said in the past, or will say in the future. All imo.

This info is what I suspected was happening behind the scenes(precisely in fact). The patent suit will be settled (believe it). Once the parties resolve their differences, PTSC will get a major windfall... the exact split is not certain YET but it will be soon.... and,

that`s the BOTTOM LINE here. Patriot is BIG WINNER!

You should in any case research the legal sides of this issue carefully however. There are some posters stating things that they may believe are true about the laws in this matter (and making them sound like legal facts) while they are actually 100% wrong.
