What exactly is the opposite effect when we are sitting at .109? Do you mean the shareprice would drop to zero? From where I'm sitting, that wouldn't make much of a difference at this point in time.
I am for change. Change that would bring about term limits, majority voting without loopholes, and compensation limits. Yes, I would also like to know if there have been breaches of fiduciary duties, waste of corporate assets, unjust enrichment and gross mismanagement. The attorney may also want to take a closer look at some of the investors to determine if they acted as a group and/or influenced board decisions for the purpose of self enrichment.
I am not an attorney so I am not qualified to comment on what action should be taken by shareholders. It will be up to a qualified attorney to counsel those of us who are interested in following the best course of action, which could ultimately be NO action.
Right now the only action I would like to see is for interested parties to step up to the plate once and for all, as I have done, and make a financial commitment for the purpose of seeking qualified advice. If you are not interested in contributing, I respect your decision, please respect my desire to know what our legal options might be.
I hope this answers your concerns.
