Actually your reply does not answer my concerns. You began this thread and this debate by suggesting a shareholder derivative action might be a productive "option" for PTSC shareholders. I would simply appreciate answers to the questions I posed previously below. If you don't have the answers that's fine. Just say so. Thanks.

How does posting an article about a "shareholder derivative action" on a public message board which is - who are we kidding here? - really just a thinly-veiled threat to the board of PTSC- how does this kind of thing increase shareholder value? I would think it would have the opposite of the intended effect and there will surely be a net short term and long term lowering of the share price as potential investors would not touch such an investment with the proverbial ten foot pole.

Also-please post the amount the lawyers received (percentage or lump sum-either would suffice) in your example and please post the amount per share or overall percentage of the settlement amount shareholders received in your example. Your answers should be interesting!
