This is just one small example. You would be more than amazed if you knew what they blow on legal and consulting services including keeping themselves on the BoD. Even the ARS "settlement" was loaded with legal fees, lost interest and indirect management costs. Another poor business decision.
There is no one available to run the company properly because Cliff and the BoD are bogged down with the TPL situation. But, under the circumstances, and based on their qualifications and experience, shareholders are getting what they deserve for not organizing and taking action.
Maybe the BoD compensation is acceptable to most shareholders. How many have directly voiced their disapproval to directors? Think Eric is sensing opportunity?
