Is this the only person that was doing this? I am wondering if there is a bigger picture. I wonder how this is handled by SEC in the US, or is it just something that is handled by Canadians. I do not see any mention of PTSC. I see this was from August 2010. Has there been anything other findings since that time? Thank you for the link and keeping us informed.
