The typo in the patent number on the Application Data is just another oddity with this request. There was also the identical request with app. #90/011,170 that is no longer available at USPTO and now this Examiner Interview Summary Record without any office actions done by the examiner. Go figure.

At least this reex notice wasn't returned as undelivered (like the new '584 request...another oddity).
