WHAT WHEN WHY

After having a few posts deleted, I contacted a hub leader who suggested I TONE it down,agree not to be so radical. ok I did that for 2 weeks, still watching my investment disapear.

NOW I WOULD LIKE THE OPPORTUNITY to tell everyone why I got into this. About 20 years ago I had the opportunity to know a genius Helmut FALK, BRILLANT MAN. I WAS AT THAT TIME involved in another company another mess. I was convinced he could straighten it out. He convinced me otherwise. Helmut explained that he was totally involve with nanotronics, finally convinced me to abandon the other investment join him at $1.50. He was so convincing I EQUALLED him to ANDY GROVES of intel another brillant man. THEY were very similar.

I could not wait to invest in his co. Unfortunately cancer ended his life. The next figure to appear was WOODY NORRIS. took over for HELMUT. he was another genius who would pick up the phone and be happy to talk to you.

I was very vocal during these operaring times of ptsc during the finacing deal with es, I pleaded to entertain a different offer, your board wanted es, now I hope most of you can understand ptsc lifetime job. excellent c ompensation

Next a little personal courtesy of my draft board and a couple years outside country. WHAT i am attempting to say many many have made good contributions to ptsc. WE ALL HAVE THE SAME GOALS. but the problem as I SEE PTSC has been tainted by es, gloria fALK AND OTHERS WHICH MANY HAVE PROBLEMS UNDERSTANDING.

PETE STAN WOLF MANY OTHERS WOULD DO AN EXCELLENT JOB AS A BOARD OF DIRECTOR, NO GREAT COMPANY EXCELLED BY HAVING A WEAK BOARD. YOUR BOARD HAS SHOWN NO LEADERSHIP EXCEPT FOR ES FINANCING AND BOARD COMPENSATION
