You seem like a nice guy, so I'll be as gentle as I can. But you want to serve on the BOD of a public company and you send a letter stating that your daughter wants to nominate you, but you sign the letter and not your daughter????

Seems like a classic biajj move - send it in knowing that it will fail so you can say how hard they fought against you.

If it is not a biajj move, I wonder why you feel qualified to be on the BOD of a public company when you can't even get a simple task of writing a nominating letter down properly.
