By what ever stock, employment, or family position you have or involved in PTSC, you have made abundently clear your gratefulness of our BOD.

As just another anonymous poster on a penny stock message board I would interpolate the BOD past business decisions as a disaster and following that I would extrapolate it will lead to a bust.

If you are a fan of the bODs business accumen in their ability to take care of themselves quite handsomely, then I would agree with you.

Lacking any criminal element that is unknown and not indicated, I would say they have set up the perfect business model for themsleves. It was a popular model in the dot com era, get a product/service go public make millions and if it fails, that is a shame. It can all go in the crapper today and they will have been VERY successful! If you have been getting any kind of compensation from PTSC then I can see why you have been grateful.

I am just trying to make mine on the stock.

ps EVEN if the DFC was for refreshments and golf it would be a hellova lot better than what the BOD has offered to shareholders!
