I just sent off another email to Gregory Morse, Head the the reexamination unit. I alert him to the fact that another reexam request has been filed re: the '336 (about which he normally would not be aware), direct attention to the timing of the request, and point to two statements within the Amano patent that appear in conflict with statements made in the reexam request. Special scrutiny is requested, including consultation with Rimmel.
