I see PTSC filed a Case Management Statement on 8/31. Also, I see there is a Case Mangement Conference scheduled for 9/14. I assume TPL will also file a Case Management Statement?
- Is that a correct assumption?
- I there any significant action that can be taken in response to PTSC's filed statement that might put an end to the case quickly?
- Is there any action at all that will/might result from PTSC's filing or is it just a procedural requirement in preparation of the Case Management Conference.
