Message: One of the new '336 reex App.#90/011,170 is no longer available at USPTO??

In trying to clarify my point and looking back, I didn't realize that there was originally BOTH a '170 and a '168 request. I thought maybe they had switched the 170 to the 168 number. Now in looking at the post from emtnester that I include below, I see there was actually 3 reqeusts, a '168, a '169, and a '170.

Now that I see that, I also see that there is no difference in the summary of these reqeusts between the '168 or the '170. Maybe that's the reason the '170 is no longer available? Maybe a clerical error duplicating the '168 request?

Just my guess. Any other thoughts? Regardless, I hope both or all 3 get dismissed and quick.
