We should make phone calls EVERY day to our BoD---we should write letters to the SEC, USPTO, all of the lawyers involved with TPL and PTSC litigation. We should contact Chen to see who their clients are--we should post notices in the newspaper that we have been wronged and are calling for the current BoD to leave and make CLEAR their rejection/refusal of putting one of the SH's on board.
