I would agree as far as long term real value goes. As far as short term shareprice appreciation you only have to look at the last bump to realize a 100 to 150 percent gain and that was based on nothing but the re-exam process and NIRC. Yes it is only window dressing as compared to the larger issues, but it does present a good opportunity.
