I am of the opinion that this reexam, while a PIA, doesn't have nearly as much to do with our shareprice (or future shareprice) as the current PTSC/Leckerone litigation and the complete grinding to a halt of current licensing. What resolution must be met for licensing to once again begin?? What is the timeline for such a resolution??
