Key, who owns what in the MMP (Wolf just mentioned this and there might be people on this board that could determine who owns what based on Fish and Moore).

NOTES/Facts

1. MMP was combined by PTO.

2. Is it problematic to break it up?

3. TPL cheated us by manipulating PTSC with 2 mil and TPL patent add ons

4. TPL broke the sharing agreement by patent add ons and possibly other areas that will show up by audit

5. TPL cheated PTSC out of $ from licensures

6. TPL cheated Chuck Moore in numerous ways that may be actionable

7. Court case is/was last resort to get the ball rolling again on MMP

PTSC needs to:

1. Hire a patent Lawyer to manage the MMP regardless of anything to protect PTSC interests, at least on a part time basis that is involved in the licensure process (get the fox out of the henhouse)

2. Find a Company to replace Alliasense

3. Develop criminal and civil allegations to ensure all areas are covered and hire an elite legal team to ensure our interests are enhanced

4. Enlist Chuck Moore to defeat TPL because of their poor handling of him

5. Trust nothing from TPL and VERIFY everything from now on.

There is much more to do but right now it is all legal. TPL is the focus and successful litigation is the answer. Hopefully this will be resolved within the next weeks but maybe not. CJ stated Leckrone will not effectively discuss(stall tactics) so litigation is the answer.
