What does this mean in rational business practice? Isn't there a quash point? This is outrageous for finality of a patent!

This was the last of five reexamination requests to be successfully concluded on the US '336 over the past 3 years -- a process that involved the review of over 600 prior art references by the USPTO. HB GLTA
