In my opinion it all boils down to money, and who has more in the bank. Looks like TPL
has some of it's own patent litigation to worry about. That consumes more of their
money. If, as Wolf said, we can win against them in court and separate with our half of
the reverse eng. data, we can hire people, maybe even from the Lecrone staff to
continue rev. eng.
They may be looking for a job after this court action. We may also want to contact
Moore, via back channels, to see where he stands in this fight. I'm sure now he wishes
he was on our side in the Higgins debacle.
As a public company we may have a better chance than TPL of raising funds to continue
patent litigation, as long as it's not Schwartz (sp).
