Are you suggesting Moore? A more likely candidate than either TPL or PTSC. He would be a likely candidate if he has been pushed out of the MMP. In other words, if I can't benefit from the MMP no one will if I can help it. In which case it is not a slow down play, but a stop the MMP play.

Possible, but that does make the assumption that he no longer has any significant stake in the MMP, and then assumes he is the kind of person that would do harm to innocent bystanders just for the sake of the possiblity of some revenge.
