Two big unknowns:

1. Amount of cash needed to fund so many legal proceedings.

2. Ability to license infringers while TPL/PTSC litigation ongoing.

PDSG is only investment remaining; probably losing a few hundred thousand dollars per quarter.

You better hope the BoD has the "qualifications and experience", "under the circumstances" to develope a contingency plan in the event they are locked up in litigation with TPL the next three years.
