Ok, Stan, you've shown up some weeks ago with your attempt to get a seat on the BoD, you have been able to gather a lot of support for this and now as the goal of the BoD seat has faded you have switched to attack-mode on the company.

While it's your perfect privilege to critize the company (and though you won't believe it I can agree with several points you make and which were made the last four years, to some extent by myself) I'm wondering what is your purpose now, respectively for the next future?

As you're also an experienced business man I ask you:

- do you think it's a good idea to change the BoD NOW while they are involved in one of the most important issues in the company's history?

- do you agree that this Agoracom PTSC messaging board is currently the most important information and communications source for PTSC affairs and therefore has the biggest influence to all shareholders and potential shareholders?
