You do realize that PTSC is a PUBLIC company don't you?! You might consider that if PTSC had just given TPL money withOUT at least a promissary note, that there might be some cuffs around certain people's wrists by now. WOW! Simply remarkable. But probably reflective of the type of skewed attitude and business sense with which our BOD and management operate.
