As I have tried to point out, it will be based on a Company's financial year end, and not the date of the ASM. The 120 day nomination window is closed, even for the January 2011 ASM, as pointed out, and will not effect this meeting. Further, this is outwith the 30 day variation of the preceding year's meeting, in my very humble opinion.
If Rules aren't applied uniformly, what is the point in having them?
