Patriot filed suit against TPL in April breach of the promissory note for 1 mil. We know from the 3rd Quarter filing that TPL was listed as owing PTSC $1,950,000. However, nowhere that I can find, do we see litigation aimed at retrieving that $950,000. Can someone show me otherwise or are we to assume it was paid back? TIA

Did anyone find it amusing that TPL actually denied the allegations that they had not paid back the 1 mil in their court response? They are going to be one tough egg to crack. Here is to hoping our evidence against TPL is better Than walking on water. good luck
