3PAR got me wondering about PDSG again

3PAR is all about data storage and cloud computing. Reminds me of PDSG and what it can do with CDX. Part of the story as I understand it is that HP and Dell are bidding for 3PAR and willing to pay so much because they don't have time to build more data storage. And they think it's cheaper to just buy 3PAR than to start up a new division for their needs.

All this over bidding makes me wonder just how much PDSG is worth and who may be looking at PDSG. GLTAL
