In my oppinion, there is a misguided group, I will call the Sour Grapes Club(SGC), that has people like Milestone, Fatwollit, Pappythom, Duck, CCraider---please, if you want your name included here, just insert.

As your proposal for nomination to the PTSC BoD never materialized, and given your obvious talents, as outlined in the letter you kindly posted on Agoracom, I will take this opportunity to formally propose you as Founder Member, and honorary President of SGC.

Without such a worthy leader, the SGC will disband, but continue to raise questions of concern to shareholders, as so pertinently raised by yourself: "What's a shareholder to think?"

While no direct replies are ever expected, hopefully, shareholders will think about the questions asked and give further thoughts as to the impact on their respective perspectives.

Without a viable alternative plan for increasing shareholder value, submitted by experienced people, all the moaning, alleging, and avoidance is going to change absolutely nothing for PTSC shareholders, in my very humble opinion.
