If the charges against TPL by PTSC are true, why would shareholders not initiate class action lawsuits against Dan personally. Not sure he would be in the driver seat if faces with multitude of PTSC shareholders looking for compensation relief due to his criminal actions. Wonder if PTSC would share the evidence they have on Dan.
