theInformer - Good question! I still think PTSC will prove to be the sole owner of patent 336 and that Moore erred in his deal with Intel. The ``Fish clock`` was invented by Russell Fish with NO input from Chuck Moore, and I believe this will prove true in a court of law (if this case gets that far...which I doubt).
