I'm well aware of that. It still doesn't answer the question, how did Patriot come to the conclusion that TPL may have been negotiating in bad faith? What metric did they use to determine that MMP licenses may be to cheap? Everyone's using hypothetical numbers regarding the Flash fees. I wouldn't think PTSC had that kind of luxury, not if they are taking it to a court of law. IMO, someone has given them inside information. They don't have the technical means to determine license values, IMO.
