I also believe Schrock (sp?), as much as I was excited to see him join the BoD, is in charge of M&A, then he should be shown the door as well. Just my opinion

Wrong again. Shrock is a non-executive director and Chairman of Mergers and Acquisitions. There is a difference, which I have been trying to point out for years.
