Your are disappointed that licensing CAN continue? Talk about going out of ones way to see negativity. I for one am glad to hear that bit of info.

I'm wondering how/who will make the determination of appropriate license cost? PDS only has two members on the management committee? Corrections welcomed. Anyone have thoughts on what the process might be, now that we KNOW licensing CAN continue?
