Frankly, I don't think they know for sure if it will either (didn't they say as much in their PR?).

I guess whether licensing will continue or not is a grey area. At least we know the dispute doesn't require that licensing be halted while they're duking it out FWIW. The Market will have to decide for now what the future will hold in that regard IMHO.
