Very Unusual Price Action

Earlier, the stock was up 1.6 cents at .146, and it fell to .13 with the sale of a couple hundred shares. Now, it jumped back up to .145 on the same volume--virtuallly nothing. This manipulation drives me to drink. (Pass the dark ale, someone).
