I don't know the outcome of the case but my initial thought when I read the article was that it sounds like the same thing was done with PTSC. Plus there was an 8k filed that I previously referenced whereby the 4.99 was changed to 9.99 for Swartz(I believe- could be wrong). Regardless, too many coincidences which may warrant further investigation.
