I believe that it is near impossible to figure why Leckrone requested and received $2 million. My guess is that what he told PTSC why he needed it , probably related to the MMP ended up being a lie and this added to the discovery that they were fraudulenly using the MMP for leverage on their patents and then additionally charging PDS/PTSC for services rendered on their patents, lol are the causes of this war that now exists. His motivation is to bleed us dry. I agree that it will be difficult to back away from the sharing agreement and also believe that if impossible or detrimental to PTSC, a rework with patent attorney input is critical and total follow up and auditing to make sure PTSC interests are being protected.

I also feel Leckrones motivation are to capture the MMP. If he can weaken an opponent by stealing from them, so be it.
