Now shift gears from the Santa Clara litigation to the San Diego litigation regarding the loan(s). If TPL has funding available, why is this litigation taking place? Do you believe that they have any chance of winning in that dispute? Is it not true that they have a lot at risk in that dispute?

We could carry this on to the TPL litigation with Moore. The bottom line there IMO is money. If TPL had access to funding......
