Since you have failed to identify yourself to this board and your discussion group, and a current Patriot director told me that you are "pretty sharp", please answer two questions:

Yes or No

1. Are you a current PTSC shareholder?

2. Do you receive any compensation for your "contributions" to this board(or BOD)?
