Well let's see....

PTSC is suing to RECOVER money owed to them.

PTSC is suing to rework an agreement that has disadvantaged them.

PTSC is suing presumably to recover losses caused by their partner due to "constructive fraud, unjust enrichment, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and contract interference", practices which circumstances imply have likley been ongoing for years.

PTSC is unable to generate any MMP licensing revenue under these circumstances without their partner, or without some other legal remedy.

etc. etc. etc.

While PTSC may well prevail in the actions it's filed, I hardly consider them operating from a position of strength, when their lifeblood is locked up in Dan Leckrones refrigerator. You and the rest of us better hope that CJ and the rest of our side has this wrapped up in a pretty blue bow that will get this resolved ASAP.

And what would constitute victory? Amendments to the agreement that get us to 50/50? Restitution of monies lost in the past? Control over our own destiny with respect to disclosure and communication? I hope it's MORE that all that, because those are things that should have ALREADY been part of the agreement, but obviously are NOT!
