First off, man you write a lot. I appreciate the reply, but I won't write as much (:

Everything you state is a possibility, and I hope you are right. But like most everything on this board, it is pure speculation as a result of lack of transparency. The only thing I am sure of...is that lawyers are making a lot of money off of this situation while we watch in agony. Sigh (squared).
